Ban an account for stating an opinion??
Hmmm I wonder why the TheFire was banned? Could it be their account disagrees with yours? Yep, pretty sure that's it.
So let's see,
If you don't agree with H4H you're wrong.
If you refuse to bend to H4H's mentality/ ideoligy you're wrong.
If H4H disagree's, they slander, smear and whine to no end until you throw up your hands in disgust.
The question still remains.
Why does the GM have control of EVERYTHING while everyone else gets squat? Oh you give them their Armor? Weapons? Big deal. Grind and you can have that and then some.
Level yourself or with others and meet more than just those your glorious dictator chooses.
TheFire is right. Wake Up! Smell the roses and experience the game and community on a level far greater than this pathetic guild will ever achieve. Your GM and cronies have isolated you. Some have you KOS. Some just disregard you all together. While others just tolerate you. But few actually want anything to do with you. Pretty sad. Guess who's to blame? Your very own GM. Good looking out. Players who have/had nothing to do with any wrong doing or haven't even been involved in anything get PK'd because of the GM and the tags they fly. I thought the GM was supposed to look out for the best interest of the Guild and it's members, not ensure they are alienated at every turn. Guess not here. All for one and One for None (Save himself anyway)? Some kind of leader. The best thing Semphere ever did was leave H4H. For the good of your guildmembers, you should do it again. Permanently. At least then it will only be him that suffers for his own transgressions.Thank god he's not in charge of anything that matters.
If you like working for someone elses achievement, then stay put, more power to ya. If you want to actually get ahead in the game and meet and interact with more players than H4H will ever reach (positively anyway) RUN while you still can.
The only Propaganda being spouted, is from your GM and cronies. Rename your guild to Noobs2Scam, because that's all this guild does. The only ones that stick around are the ones involved in the scam. The rest bail when the alarm clock finally goes off. Too bad you'll have wasted so much time and effort to find out. Oh and lets not mention the fact that you will leave with absolutely nothing. Kinda sounds like Indentured Servitude. Gee Sign me up. NOT!!!!

Looking into the guilty heart of TheFire aka Persephony aka ...
Most internal conflicts are trivial and are quickly resolved. Occasionally, however, a conflict will linger on for days, months, or even years, creating internal tension. These conflicts are played out entirely in the unconscious. Although you may not be aware of these unconscious battles, they can produce anxiety that slips to the surface of conscious awareness.
The arousal of anxiety is a crucial event in Freud's theory of personality functioning. Anxiety is distressing, so people try to rid themselves of this unpleasant emotion any way they can. This effort to ward off anxiety often involves the use of defense mechanisms. Defense mechanisms are largely unconscious reactions that protect a person from unpleasant emotions such as anxiety and guilt. Typically, they're mental maneuvers that work through self-deception. Consider rationalization, which is creating false but plausable excuses to justify unacceptable behavior. For example, after cheating someone in a business transaction, you might reduce your guilt by rationalizing that "everyone does it."
According to Freud, the mose basic and widely used defense mechanism is repression. Repression is keeping distressing thoughts and feelings buried in the unconscious. People tend to repress desires that make them feel guilty, conflicts that make them anxious, and memories that are painful. Repression has been called "motivated forgetting." If you forget a dental appointment or the name of someone you don't like, repression may be at work.
Self-deception can also be seen in projection and displacement. Projection is attributing one's own thoughts, feelings, or motives to another. Usually, the thoughts one projects onto others are those that would make one feel guilty. For example, if lusting after a co-worker makes you feel guilty, you might attribute any latent sexual tension between the two of you to the other person's desire to seduce you. Displacement is diverting emotional feelings (usually anger) from their original source to a substitute target. If your boss gives you a hard time at work and you come home and slam the door, kick the dog, scream at your spouse, you're displacing your anger onto irrelevant targets.
Other prominent defense mechanisms include reaction formation, regression, and identification. Reaction Formation is behaving in a way that is exactly the opposite of one's true feelings. Guilt about desires often leads to reaction formation. The telltale sign of reaction formation is the exaggerated quality of the opposite behavior. Regression is a reversion to immature patterns of behavior. When anxious about self worth, some adults respond with childish boasting and bragging (as opposed to subtle efforts to impress others). For example, a fired executive having difficulty finding a new job might start making ridiculous claims about his incomparable talents and achievements. Such bragging is excessive when it's marked by massive exaggerations that virtually anyone can see through. Identification is bolstering self-esteem by forming an imaginary or real alliance with some person or group. Youngsters often shore up feelings of self-worth by identifying with rock stars, movie stars, or famous athletes. Adults may join exclusive country clubs or civic organizations as a means of boosting their self-esteem via identification.
I think I've covered the basics...
Now, I'll leave it to the reader of "TheFire/Persephony/InsertFakeNameHere's" posts to determine what's really going on here.
As for me and my guild, we're all having a good time and enjoying each other's company. We choose to do this in a cooperative setting with the Katar servers of Last Chaos as oure meeting place. We're friends, and we've chosen to play an organized group that shares with each other instead of a loose-knit association of random power-hungry grind-obsessed lifeless freaks. Trying to convince people to leave our guild is just plain silly - it's like trying to convince people to stop being family or stop being friends because some outsider says they should.
I'm through playing Psychologist for you, Persephony. If you need therapy, go see a therapist. If you persist in playing out your psychotherapy sessions on this website, we'll have to start sending you a bill for each post and response.
Sacrebleu!
My dearest Pony Princess, you return! And I thought we'd never meet again. I wept. Truly. Piteously and for days.
I can see this means so much to you and I do find your posts ever so entertaining. Please continue to spout your mindless drivel, it truly makes my day.
Oh, and you misspelt propaganda. :D
Who are you?
I'm not hidden, it's obvious who I am. But for the sake of argument, how about telling us who you are so we can see exactly where the string of false opinions is coming from.
As for "theFire", the owner of this site was asked to ban him due to his making a threat. That's crossing the line. There are lots of people who have been misled or outright lied to who will have opinions they feel they need to spread no matter where. But at the point where you outright state a threat, that's too far.
Pay for your own space on your own server, and do what you want there. Say anything you want about us. Do it on our space in our forums, you're wasting our bandwidth and space.
But to your points:
1. Everyone in the guild gets the best weapons and armour for their level. As they level up, they get better and pass theirs down to lower levels. Everyone in our guild is making out on that. PCs never have a want for money. Each is given money for the things they need to buy, and if they find themselves running short, can simply ask for more and since we all pool our money, no one runs out. You don't need to have a million in your personal inventory if the 20 members of the guild have 25million in the guild bank and can get what they need when they need it. Oh, and that also means that there's a big cache in case we see some really good deal, and can get it where if everyone has split up all their gold between themselves, we would have to get everyone online to pool it. This way it's much more efficient. And everyone in the guild prospers.
2. Ahhh, experiencing the game on a level far greater? Like what? Meeting new guilds and friends? I'm doing that probably every time I'm on. For example: There's a number of us who are alchemists and share raw materials. I have more zeta than I need, I trade them some zeta for Gamma for our weapons and armour making. Very cooperative. Frequently we hang out at Hizal and simply chat while gathering together. Running around the map simply talking to people? Yeah, I do that every day, too. Helping out apprentices? I've been taken advantage of more than once on that, but still, I've had a number that apply to me sincerely and I can buy reputation armour if I want.
3. You said "Players who have/had nothing to do with any wrong doing or haven't even been involved in anything get PK'd because of the GM and the tags they fly." ... that would be because the game has bullies who are unethical. Where is this KOS thing coming from, anyway. Let me know so I know who to ignore in the game. No fault of Semphere's that he is giving us horses, dragons, weapons, armour, and potions as well as buying us platinum irises out of his own money. His actions to give us support and help us level when we have real lives and real jobs (or school) so only get a couple hours a night rather than all day like some players who are unemployed get. Seriously, how are we supposed to blame Semphere because there are unethical jerks in the game? If those jerks have something against Semphere, why don't they state their name and their reasons and confront him directly? No, they have to go out and ego masturbate on a net game by killing lower level pcs of players because their ineffectual lives require them to rationalize their hatred, stupidity, and unethical behavior. Ho hum ... boring ... I've been playing multi-user net games since 1979, I've seen that type over and over and over again. You got a problem with Semphere, fine. PM him or call him out on the LC forums and discuss it directly with him. Don't rationalize your unethical behavior killing off someone who has done nothing to you just because they're in his Guild as being justified.
4. Working for someone else's achievement? Ummm, the Guild master has more time online than most of us. So gee, he gets to level a little faster because, oh, for example ... Persephony needed help leveling and so Semphere helped Persephony power level and oh, is it only coincidence then that Semphere gained more XP himself from all the higher beasts he took on to assist a guild member, Persephony, who was on as much as he was at the time. I'm not on as much. Is Semphere supposed to not play at hours when he can because no one else in the guild is around? So he levels up a little more, and oh wow! Look at that! He then plays with his guild members when they are online trying to help them power level. (I'm the Guild Advisor and with my schedule, it is going slow, so I help people gather SP, we split that task up). I don't know how fast you level, but when I can go from 36 to 37 in two hours because he and other higher level guild members helped me out, that's a big advance for me. And given our Guild has like 20 active members and I'm the third lowest because I have a lot less online time than others, it's really nice of the guild to help me out. Do I work for someone else's achievement? Why, yes, I do. I work to help any guild member who wants SPs just as Semp works for any guild member who needs XPs. And our Herbalist harvests for anyone that needs herbs (like me, the Alchemist) and our armour makers make armour and smelts to get at least +4 with a number of guild members using +10 weapons. And I harvest Energy for anyone who needs it to make armour or weapons. And if someone in the guild needs gold, I give it to them. And if someone needs a superior weapon, I can let them have mine and just use my Dragon Scepter (which I got because multiple guild members helped harvest dragon parts and got me enough parts to make it ... I guess they were working to help me achieve a dragon weapon). So at this point, all the armour and weapons I had when Persephony quit have been passed down to other players who needed them.
And considering how many have bailed from the guild (Persephony) ... it's obvious where your venom is coming from. Of all the people who have come and gone, let's see...
1 got a job with hours that make it impossible and stopped playing LC completely. Still get PMs from him occasionally, on very good terms.
2 left on good terms (though one was contentious at first, she apologized and cleared up the misunderstanding - Not Bailing by any means), simply got bored playing healers and wanted to play other classes so turned in their stuff, walked away, started new PCs ... who hire us and when they start guilds, are our allies ...
1 decided to spend his time on WoW and isn't active on LC anymore. Can't fault him for wanting to spend his money where he likes. He still shows up on our TeamSpeak server to chat with us at times.
1 decided he preferred more solo play and liked it, so was only in the guild a couple weeks and left on very good terms and still parties with us and works OOCly with us and hangs out on our TeamSpeak.
Name anyone else who "bailed" as you put it, other than Persephony. Go ahead, name someone. "The rest" as you put it, is one person. And yes, we all agree to leave with nothing. Considering that Persephony lied to me and the player who was trying to be intermediary when we were dealing in good faith and got away with 2million gold and a full set of +4, blood sealed armour, he's got nothing to complain about.
So, are you here just to be insulting and antagonistic and a "griefer" or "troll" or other such immature and unethical player? Or are you going to step out from behind the anonymity of the net, tell us who you are and why you believe such falsehoods against us so that we can enter into a sincere discussion. If the latter, you're going to have to hear some things that disagree with what you've been told and seriously, do you want to hear the truth? If the former, just say so now and we'll put in a request to have you blocked, too.
