I downloaded the game the other night to visit and see how everyone was going...
I was hoping to get back a few things.. mainly the +10 sword.. those acc's and the pet unmounted horse which I needed.
I was just gonna mess around with the game.
If not.. its okay I guess. I'll just dump the game again. Dang.. amani even gave me 3 mill too. But at the prices now a days its impossible to get back to where I was with even that.
Not only that the stupid pandoras are gone too.
By the way.. what controversies caused you to quit? (just curious) what was the latest soap opera drama?
You know how I love game-soap-operas.. :P

Controversy?
Nothing really other than needing to focus more on real life and the realization that level 100 would take me about 10 years or more to achieve at my current rate of advancement. Seriously, unless you've got nothing better to do than grind, grind, grind 12+ hours a day, it's not feasable to even try for level 100. I simply have better things to do with my life.
Guild wars is a much better game, btw. Did you ever get your sword back from poomaster? You had me give it to her when you quit. Also, I think we've got you funded well enough to get back where you were. I'm still training Grimley's horse, and when it hits 37 I'll trade you the 37 I loaned him for that 31 Melanne gave you.
Pet training is something I can do without any massive time investment, so I'll continue to do it to help the good people in LC fight against the forces of evil. All I ask in return is that they have enough of a spine to stand up against evil no matter where they find it.
Anyway, I need to get back to writing code. This assignment isn't going to finish itself.

Wow, talk about a blast from the past.
It's really good to see you around again.
I added you to our "allies" list, so you can see that forum, too. As for controversies, perhaps not as much as you think. There's real life pressures, too, but I'll let Semp give you the low down.
For me, there were a number of things that finally added up to too much and I quit. Let me know if you want me to send you an email with the reasons.
Anyway, nice to hear from you. I'm on GuildWars if you happen to join that game. We have a really nice guild you could join with us there...;-)
